Students whose employers are paying your tuition directly to UF
The University of Florida Financial Services office considers an employer who requests an invoice to pay an employee's tuition and fees a THIRD-PARTY-DONOR.
University Financial Services requires all students whose employers are paying their tuition directly to UF sign an acknowledgement form. This form must be signed and submitted to the UF Financial Services with Third-Party-Donor forms prior to the fee payment deadline.
Please fax it to 352-846-2255 or email to Ms. Sandy Bell, bellsp@ufl.edu If this form is not received by the deadline University Financial Services will not bill your employer. Late payment changes will apply.

Veterans' Benefits
All veterans, service personnel and dependents using VA educational assistance while enrolled at University of Florida programs should contact the Office of Veterans' Affairs. Veterans' Benefits are administered by the Office of Veterans' Affairs, located in the Registrar's office, which assists veterans and their dependents who are entitled to VA educational benefits. All college-credit degree programs offered through the UF EDGE program are state-approved for the use of VA educational benefits. For more information, please visit Department of Veterans Affairs.
Students may pay their tuition and fees by the following methods:
On-line Credit Card Payments: A 2.6% service charge will be added to all ISIS credit card transactions. ISIS transactions include the payment of student tuition, fees and account receivable charges (i.e. laser print, library fines, infirmary etc) Only MasterCard and American Express will be accepted for these transactions. Visa does not allow this type of service charge therefore, is not a payment option on ISIS.
Free E-Checks: The University of Florida does not apply a service charge to Electronic checks (EFT). To sign up for this method of payment, go to http://www.isis.ufl.edu and choose "EFT Sign-Up" under "Financial Services" (on the left). When signing up be sure to double-check that you have entered your account number and bank routing number correctly or you will encounter a returned item fee. If your EFT is returned you will be required to pay your tuition and fees plus the returned check fee by cash, money order or cashier's check. This fee can be anywhere from $25.00 - $40.00 depending on the face value of the returned item. Because this is a fee the University of Florida is charged by the bank, it is not petitionable. In addition you will be charged the $100.00 late payment fee.
Other payment options:
To avoid service charges there are a variety of other free
payment methods available. A student can mail a check to UF
for payment of fees. However, when mailing a payment it must
arrive in the cashier's office by the fee payment deadline.
Remember to put your UF ID on our check and mail it to:
